Stodmarsh

We arrived to look for the Penduline Tit that has shown daily, with some reliability at one specific site at Stodmarsh since last weekend and was a little surprised to look through Martyn Wilson's scope for our first view of the bird feeding in the top of the alder trees rather than on the plentiful reed mace! Eventually it moved back down to reed level and promptly disappeared; however within thirty minutes, it returned to the reed mace and we managed, along with others, to grab some shots.
