Norfolk and Kent: Travelled back to Kent but managed a quick visit to Weeting Heath to take a look at the Stone Curlew (6) there. The plan as we arrived back in Kent was to visit Elmley, but the car broke down once on the M11 and a number of times on the M2, so we slowly made our way home and in the early evening popped down to Oare instead. Here we saw: Yellow Wagtail (3), Wood Sandpiper (2), Curlew Sandpiper (1), Greenshank (heard), Black-tailed Godwits, Golden Plover, Ruff (6), Little Egrets (4) and Swallows.
