Faversham: A further diversion was essential from the second day of a virtual course being attended for work. What better way than a 30 minute run at lunchtime round Faversham Creek racking up Sedge Warbler (1), Reed Warbler (2), Whitethroat (1) and Willow Warbler (2) all heard.

Brenda and I paid a late afternoon visit to Oare this afternoon: 3 Marsh Harriers, 350+ Black-tailed Godwits, 3 Avocets, 1 Common Tern, 6 Little Egrets, 1 House Martin, 4 Swifts, 1 Swallow and many Sand Martins. Also heard: Cuckoo & Cetti's Warbler.
